How to generate a slowed and reverb edit

  1. 1

    Drop a song

The generator opens on the slowed and reverb recipe: tape speed 0.85× and Space at 45.

  2. 2

    Pick a recipe or tweak

Stay with classic, go deeper, or switch to the lofi recipe on the Effects panel. Pitch follows the tape speed.

  3. 3

    Play the whole chorus

What you hear is what exports. Check a quiet intro as well as the drop.

  4. 4

    Download the edit

Export bakes the slowdown and the reverb into the file.

What this slowed and reverb generator does on drop

You should not have to invent the sound. On this page the recipe is already on: varispeed at 0.85×, which drops the pitch by about three semitones, and the Space reverb at 0.45. Drop a file and you are listening to a slowed and reverb edit, not a dry original.

The Effects panel is open so the Space knob and the recipe buttons are in front of you. Slowed + reverb, lofi, bass boost and nightcore are one click. Speed and pitch live on the Speed tool if you want to nudge the tempo off 0.85×.

Recipes, with the numbers

These are starting points, not rules. Change one thing, listen, then export. Do not stack a second slowdown on an already slowed file.

Generator versus the slowed and reverb maker

Both pages run the same engine. The maker page opens on the Speed controls and explains the style. This generator opens on Effects, with recipes you can fire immediately, including a lofi slowed and reverb variant.

Use the generator when you already know the sound you want and you want a file. Use the maker when you want to understand varispeed versus keep-pitch, or you are living on the tempo slider.

Lofi slowed and reverb, without a separate app

Lofi slowed reverb is the same idea turned down. Speed sits around 0.92× so the pitch only falls about a semitone and a half. Tone rolls off the harsh top, a little drive warms it, and Space stays low so the vocal does not disappear into a cathedral.

Hit the Lo-fi recipe, or set those knobs yourself. If you want that sound as the whole point of the visit, the lofi maker opens with it already dialled in.

No upload, no account, no watermark

The song is processed in the tab. Preview and export use the same chain, so the download matches what you heard. There is no queue and no sign-up.

It works in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, including phones. A laptop is kinder to long songs. If you post the edit, you still need the right to use the original recording.

Questions

Is there a free slowed and reverb generator online?

Yes. Drop a song on this page. It starts at 0.85× tape speed with reverb already on. Download when it sounds right. No sign-up and no upload.

How do I make a lofi slowed and reverb version?

Use the Lo-fi recipe, or set about 0.92× tape speed, darken Tone, add a little Drive and keep Space low. The lofi maker page opens on that preset.

Why does the pitch drop when I slow the song?

Tape mode is on, the same trick as a record played too slow. Switch to keep pitch on the Speed tool if you want a slower tempo in the original key.

Can I generate nightcore here too?

Yes. The Nightcore recipe speeds the song up and raises the pitch. The nightcore maker is the dedicated page if that is the whole job.

Does the generator work without uploading?

Yes. Playback and export happen in your browser. The file stays on your device.

Will it connect to Spotify?

No. Use a file you can drop in: MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC or OGG. Streaming apps do not hand the audio to the page.
